The magic square of project management
The magic square contains the main aims of project management:
- Quality
- Scope
- Cost
- Time
These aims are placed at the corners of the square. The further away a corner is from the centre, the closer you are to the project aim in that corner. Once every aim has been satisfied, the result is a perfect square.

The magic square shows how the individual goals of software development are dependent on each other to produce a successful end-result. We take great care to ensure that these goals are balanced in every project we manage.
