If you have found a problem in the software, you can check to see if it has already been reported in one of our Bugzilla systems. If you cannot find the error already, feel free to enter a new error report.
Support Requests
GUIdancer or Jubula customers who require support for any area of test specification, extensions, test environment, continuous build etc. can purchase a support package from the GUIdancer shop.
We aim to reply to customers with support packages within 4 hours during the normal hours of business.
